A seasonal rooftop restaurant installation for Serra by Birreria, designed to refresh the space with a Southern Italian-inspired concept.

The Approach
Inspired by lemon orchards, we developed a hospitality and experiential design concept rooted in warmth and conviviality. Cotton sails, tree-wrapped columns, and textured apricot tones created a relaxed, immersive environment: balancing a natural aesthetic with a contemporary restaurant setting.

The Result
The rooftop became a vibrant, transportive dining destination. Through seasonal restaurant design and experiential installations, the concept enhanced the guest experience and contributed to a +20% increase in sales compared to previous iterations.
