Less Than 3 is a Brooklyn-based restaurant and hospitality design studio, working across spatial design, brand experience, and installation.

The name comes from a simple idea: less than three. You and me: the designer and the client, working closely together. We keep the studio intentionally small, so every project stays hands-on, personal, and direct.

We design spaces where brand identity becomes physical. From restaurant interior design in New York to seasonal installations and experiential environments, we translate ideas into places people can move through, interact with, and remember.

Our work sits between interior design and visual merchandising, combining creative direction, material research, and execution. From concept to installation, every detail is considered, every choice is intentional.

We don’t see space as a background. It’s part of the story: and part of how a brand is experienced.
