An evergreen restaurant installation for Serra by Birreria at Eataly, designed to create a year-round destination that feels fresh, immersive, and seasonless.

The Approach
Inspired by the quiet beauty of hidden New York gardens, we developed a hospitality and experiential design concept rooted in nature and softness.

Climbing greenery, sculptural planters, and vintage elements shape a layered, living environment: designed to feel calm, intimate, and slightly unexpected.

The Result
The space became a permanent escape above the city. Through restaurant interior design and experiential environments, Serra now offers a consistent, immersive setting: a place to slow down, gather, and return to, in every season.
