A restaurant interior design transformation for Eataly Downtown, supporting the shift to a new Tuscan-inspired concept and audience.

The Approach
Working within the existing architecture, we developed a hospitality and experiential design concept that redefined the atmosphere through surface and detail. Minimal forms, traditional materials, and curated vintage imagery introduced a balance of classic and contemporary, with wood, copper, greenery, and wine elements referencing Tuscan culture in a more refined way.

The Result
The space now supports a broader, more dynamic experience. Through restaurant design and experiential branding, the environment bridges fine dining and casual occasions, attracting both existing guests and a younger audience.
