For Sadie’s NYC, we supported the transformation of the restaurant and outdoor bar through custom greenery design, creating a warmer and more welcoming hospitality environment.

The Approach
Working closely with the team, we developed a layered botanical concept that introduced softness, texture, and continuity throughout the space.

Using real branches, faux greenery, hanging planters, and integrated natural elements, the installation connected the indoor dining area with the outdoor garden bar, establishing an evergreen atmosphere designed to evolve seamlessly through seasons.

The Result
Sadie’s became more than a restaurant: a grounded and immersive gathering space.
