Eataly Aventura - New Opening

The Situation
As part of its continued expansion across North America, Eataly launched a new location in Aventura, introducing its immersive Italian marketplace experience to a fresh audience. Each new opening represents an opportunity not only to bring the Eataly brand to a new community, but also to set the tone for the customer experience from day one. Less than 3 was invited to support the launch through cohesive merchandising and branded storytelling.

The Creative Concept
We partnered with the Eataly team to craft a merchandising design strategy that celebrated the brand’s core values while thoughtfully adapting to the unique layout and energy of Aventura. From custom fixture designs to storytelling touchpoints and locally inspired elements, the visual experience was designed to engage customers and create a seamless connection between the global Eataly brand and the spirit of the Aventura community.

The Result
The launch of Eataly Miami was met with strong local excitement, and our visual designs helped establish a clear, memorable identity that supported a smooth customer journey throughout the space. As with all Eataly openings, the result was more than a store: it became a destination, a cultural experience, and a celebration of Italian food, design, and hospitality.
