The Project
We developed a seasonal restaurant installation for Eataly, designed to roll out across multiple North American locations while evoking the atmosphere of the Italian Alps.

The Approach
The concept was built as a spatial and experiential narrative, not just decor. Inspired by alpine lodges, we introduced natural materials, layered textiles, and warm lighting: creating a sense of intimacy and quiet comfort, while maintaining consistency across locations.

The Result
Each space became a cohesive, transportive environment. Through hospitality design and seasonal installations, the concept reinforced Eataly’s experiential identity, bringing warmth, calm, and a distinct sense of place to every location.
